CHECKING IN

When you arrive, our welcoming team will direct you to our Check-In Counter. If you are new to our Church you will be required to fill in a registration form in order to check-in. Otherwise we advise you to please pre-register your child using the link below so we can add you and your children onto our system prior to your visit.

 

To experience a fast and convenient check in process, please take the following steps:

• Download the church center app from google play, or app store

• Using church center app, click on the Children’s Ministry tab

• Check in your children into their relevant age group class

• Click the “next” tab at the bottom right, and this will generate a QR code

• Use the “QR code” to scan when you arrive at the Children’s World counter

• Place the label on each child, and keep the adult check out label in order to collect your child after the service.

• If for any reason we need to contact you during the service, your child’s code will appear on the service screen.

• Our team will direct you to your child’s age appropriate class
