Hello, and welcome to our church!

 

Drs Theo and Bev started Christian Family Church with the God-given vision to bring people into the family of Jesus Christ, develop them to Christian maturity and equip them for their ministry in the church in order to magnify God’s name.

 

On September 12 1979, CFC held its first service in a gym in a shopping mall in Bedfordview. On the day, 200 hundred chairs were put out, 2 people arrived and gave their lives to the Lord and the next week those two invited two more people and this became a forecast of the supernatural growth the church would experience in the coming years.

 

There are currently more than 150,000 people attending our churches and more than 20,000 students have enrolled since 2007 in our Worldwide Bible College.

 

We are trusting God for more than 300,000 to attend CFC churches and more than 40,000 students to enrol by 2025.

CFC is more than just a Sunday church, it is a place where people experience a real encounter with God and build lasting relationships with people in various ways.

 

We are a network of small fellowship groups striving to become the kind of church described in the Bible, where there is relevant teaching heartfelt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer and compassionate care for those in need.

 

Our doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. 

 

So whether you are starting to ask questions about God or you are a committed Christian already, who desires to know God more deeply through his Word, then choose to make CFC your home.
