SERVICES UPDATE
JOIN US IN PERSON OR ONLINE
We are now offering both online and in-person weekend services and we welcome you to worship with us in the environment that you are most comfortable. We are excited to be meeting in-person again and we invite you to view the details below to learn more about what to expect when you arrive.
HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT:

We have been waiting a long time for this moment and it is finally here! Our doors are open and we can’t wait to see you, our family.
This marks the beginning of returning back to weekends at CFC as we know and love, and we want you to know that you and your family’s safety and health is our highest priority.
We have consulted extensively with our legal counsel and after careful consideration, in line with the government regulations, we will be phasing in our church services by having 250 people in the Main Auditorium, 250 people in the Theatre, 250 kids at Children's World, 190 adults & children (of all ages) in the Dr Bev Family Room and 500 people in our outside venue behind the auditorium for every service.
We understand that you have not been to church for a number of months and things may appear a bit different when we go back, therefore we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure you feel safe as we enjoy amazing worship experiences together in all our services.

WHAT ARE MY NEXT STEPS?
We have limited capacity due to social distancing guidelines, therefore we ask that you make a booking for the service you want to attend.

-
Book your seat
-
Check-in to church when you arrive
-

How much seating space will we have available?
Physical distanced seating is available in the auditorium with assistance by our ushers. Besides the main auditorium we will also have seating available in multiple other venues, to a maximum of 250 people per venue. Dedicated seating will also be provided outside, to a maximum of 500 people. We want you to enjoy a great worship experience in all our venues.
Which of the two morning services should I attend?
To have an equal spread of attendance over both morning services, we want you to consider attending the second service at 10:30 am if you can, where you will enjoy the same worship experience as in the first service. We would need a number of people to migrate for now to the second service. We want you to have a great experience in both services.
What if all the venues are already full by the time I arrive?
People who arrive after the venue has reached capacity will be directed to the phase 4 parking, which would serve as a waiting area for the next service.
Will the temperature of every person be measured?
No, but we will do random temperature checks, so we ask for your patience in this regard.

Serve + Give
Our Welfare Teams are mobilizing across the city to partner with local food banks, schools, and organisations to maximize the efforts to serve the people in our communities. To join the Dream Team, take your next step and join the Growth Track.
Because of your generosity, we’re able to operate our finances in a way that allows us to give without hesitation in times of need and crisis. That’s exactly what we’re doing now and will continue to do. If you feel led to financially be a part of our COVID-19 outreach efforts, you may give here.

Although we are physically distant from each other right now, it is so important to stay relationally and spiritually connected. Our Small Groups are currently meeting online and we’d love to help you join a group today.
To connect to a group, please send an email to groups@cfcsa.co.za. For more information on Small Groups at CFC, visit our Small Groups page.
The Growth Track happens every month on four consecutive weekends, starting with Step One on the first weekend of every month. We invite you to jump in at any time.

You can do the Growth Track online by visiting the CFC Growth Track Page.
Growth Track In-Person will be happening again soon, and will take place after the Sunday morning services at the Growth Track Venue.
From this weekend the Dream Team will be back doing what we do best: serving our church family and spreading the love of God.
Remember to accept your scheduling and to pre-check-in on the CHURCH CENTER APP to receive your QR code. Simply scan your QR code at Dream Team Center to complete your check-in! No more queues, only service with a smile!
Be Encouraged

While we exercise wisdom in keeping ourselves and our loved ones safe, we know that divine health and protection is from Jesus. Let’s continue to trust in His promises of protection in Psalm 91 for ourselves, our families, and all those who are affected by illness and pray that the virus will be contained and conquered.

Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling.
Psalm 91:9–10
